fat girl teeters

The fat girl has worked out three times this week. In a row. No slacking off. This week.

I have also followed the diet plan four days in a row. Six small meals a day. One carb. One protein. Vegetable twice a day. Simple. Right?

And, I feel good. But also teetery. [Is that a word?] I feel like I am on a pinnacle, balancing health and gluttony. I desperately hope health wins.

I would recommend getting a Wii Fit. The Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus game CD are awesome. EA Active and EA Active More are great too. If you need motivation to working out, this could be the thing. Also, losing weight is 75% of what you eat and 25% of working out. Working out is a good stress reliever and being on Weight Watchers every 100 calories burned is 1 point for activity. Don't look at working out as a chore but a necessity like brushing your teeth. All the jiggle will take be taken care of as you lose the pounds if you work out. Don't just do cardio either. Mix it up and do weights. Even better if you joing a gym, invest in a personal trainer. It is an investment in yourself.
